Japanese Reiki exercises, online and only in English

The traditional and original Reiki method offers us very useful practice tools through exercises such as: Reiki meditation, transmission of desire, cleaning objects, dry bath, developing intuition, finding the emotional-mental cause in the body of a health problem, etc. You can learn Mikao Usui sensei’s exercises online as they do not include initiations and is only to those already initiated into Reiki. The exercises initially received from Mr. Fodor, were shown and reconfirmed to us by Hiroshi Doi sensei (Japan) at the meeting of Reiki masters in Madrid (2015) and at our training in Japan (2015 and 2018). Then in 2020 I participated in a third training with Rika Saruhashi sensei (Japan and Spain), who updated the information according to the latest documents from Japan.
